In the 1970's I made a complete change in style from designed Op Art hard edge paintings to a more traditional representational style.
Summering on the coast of Maine and living on the Long Island Sound in Stony Brook, New York provide the inspiration for my work. Each painting is created to present my perceived vision, transforming what I see with a special sensitivity to color and light.
I paint what I see as I want it to be.
